Art plays a key role in the development of our future cities. With our coming large scale project, ‘Spiralbroen (the Spiral Bridge)’, Creator Projects is working in close collaboration with Holstebro Municipality and the artist behind the work, Jeppe Hein, in order to create a combined urban development and art project for the city center of Holstebro. Connecting the station area in Holstebro with Slagteriet – a new district and a cultural institution for art, street sports, creative business development and sustainable entrepreneurship – ‘Spiralbroen’ will become the largest work of Jeppe Hein to date.

Functioning as both urban development, ambitious infrastructure, a 22 meter tall observation tower and a world-class sculpture to mark Holstebro’s 750th anniversary in 2024, the project will become a significant experience for the daily commuters, pedestrians and visitors.

Holstebro Municipality expects that the project ‘Spiralbroen’ will cost DKK 90-100 million DKK and is now starting the process of financing the project via funds and self-financing.
